Retail Purchases Return and Refund Policy
L.A. BUDO LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of its products. If the product is defective or unsatisfactory to the customer, then L.A. BUDO LLC will issue a refund once it is returned. Any return must be accompanied by an RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting the L.A. BUDO LLC customer service department. The customer must mark the packaging used for the return with the RMA number, and a copy of the invoice must be included in the return. Product returns must be in new condition unless received by the customer as defective.
L.A. BUDO LLC will not refund the cost of shipping the product to the client or the cost of shipping the returned product. There are no refunds on videotapes, DVDs, CDs or any products returned in packaging that would allow damage to occur during shipping.
